ABOUT US:
CPR is a property preservation company based out of Cary NC. We normally have odd jobs all over NC, SC, NJ, FL, GA to be completed for our national banking clients. We want to see if you would like to register with our company and be placed in our database to receive work orders in your area. We have available work in and around your area. CPR is hiring dedicated, dependable employees to take on a volume of work immediately. OUR NEEDS:
We are looking for experienced and non-experienced crews to do field work on our foreclosed homes. We are a full-service Asset Management Company, we clear out, cleaning up, and restore homes that have been neglected, abandoned and/or foreclosed. Our business is growing fast, and we are in need of more qualified people to expand. We need people to do debris removal for our various clients.
ALL CREWS MUST:
Be able to do lock changes
Have a Smart Phone (we will provide and pay for the app)
Have internet access & be PC literate
Have valid DL and their own Vehicle,

1099 CREW BASED ON FEE SCHEDULE AND HOURLY PAY CREWS
INSPECTION & LOCK: (initial Inspections, reinspections, QC inspections and Sign postings)
Must be able to perform the inspection and lock changes within 24 Hrs of the work being assigned. Will be Paid per job and can be W2 or 1099
GRASS CUT CREWS:
Must have own mower and equipment to cut lawns on the weekly and bi-weekly basis. Pay per job and can be w2 or 1099
FULL-SERVICE PRESERVATION: Must be able to do Trash-outs, lock changes, lawn maintenance, cleaning, winterizing, Minor repairs: Roof ins/repair, Gutter clean/repair, Mold Insp/clean Drywall repairs. Pays per Job.
