PP/REO Vendor

This is a sub-contractor position. We are looking for experienced Property Preservation and REO contractors needed in several counties across the northeast:
New York - Rockland, Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk, Bronx, Queens, Kings, Richmond, New York
New Jersey - Atlantic Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Salem
Massachusetts - Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk
Connecticut - Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, New London
Maine - statewide
We have volume in these counties. We are seeking to onboard contractors that are familiar with investor guidelines for both pre-sale and REO properties. Must have at least one year experience completing Property Preservation services, be able to pass a background check and have your own tools/vehicles/equipment needed for the PP/REO Industry. Must carry $1 million minimum in General Liability and Error & Omissions Insurance, carry Workers Compensation or provide exemption letter, have a computer with high speed internet access, have a printer and scanner, have a smart phone with the ability to use a mobile app, be able to complete orders in 48 hours and emergency orders in 24 hours. Deadlines are crucial and great performance guarantees more work.
