Preservation Contractors -

We are a large property preservation company in the northeast, currently servicing properties from Delaware through Maine.
Currently, we are looking for experienced contractors in the areas listed below. Both areas have a high number of properties to be maintained:
- Monroe County
- Long Island
As a contractor with us, you can expect to receive direct deposit weekly for completed work orders.
The following are examples of the work orders you will be completing:
• Winterizations
• Snow Removal
• Trash Outs
• Securing's/Lock Changes
• Boarding's
• Roof Repairs
• Window/Door Replacement
• Grass Cuts/Landscape Maintenance
• Debris Removals
Below are the requirements for being a Contractor with us:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to complete work on time
• Insurance
• Must have the tools and equipment needed to complete work
• Smartphone/Tablet to access your jobs through to sync photos take in the field
• Pass an Aspen Grove Background check
