Preservation Contractors Needed in Ohio

Contractors needed in the following counties
Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, Trumbull, Portage, Summit, Cuyahoga, Medina

More than one county is great for more work
Also excepting for all of Ohio

Please be advised that this is a 1099 position . Contractors must be able to provide the following at all times ..

* General Liability insurance
* Submit and Pass a background check
* Carry Workers Compensation
* Proper transportation
* Cell Phone Communication
* Proper Equipment/ Tools ( Computer , Camera(date/time stamp) etc )

All contractors must be able to complete all the following, but not limited to...

* Winterization (dry, wet, steam, etc.)
* Debris Removal
* Initial Services (lock change, grass cut, snow removal, bids, etc.)
* Changing of Locks
* Boarding ( Windows ,Doors Etc. )
* Roof Repair/Replacement
* Lawn Servivces
* Minor Repairs
* Major Repairs
