Property Preservation Contractors Needed

Our company, Innovative Inspections, has been in the preservation industry for roughly 15 years.
Currently, we are looking for reliable contractors in the following Counties in New York:
- Suffolk County
- Broome County
- Delaware County
- Cortland County
- Tompkins County
As a contractor with us, you will receive direct deposit weekly for completed work orders.
Examples of the types of work you will be assigned are shown below:
• Grass Cuts
• Tree/Shrub Trimming
• Trash Outs/Debris Removals
• Securing’s/Lock Changes
• Window/Door Replacements
• Siding Repair
• Roof Repair/Replacement
• Winterizations
• Snow Removal
We are looking for someone who can:
• Complete all facets of Preservation work.
• Communicate daily with coordinators.
• Provide on-time work completion
