Property Preservation Subcontractor

We currently have work available in IL from the Rockford area to the Elgin area. The preservation work will consist of submitting bids, lock changes, lawn care service, janitorial service, maid service, trash-outs, winterizations, property maintenance and inspections.
When you are assigned to a job, be prepared to take photos before any work is completed, during the completion of work, and after you have completed the job. Taking photos is KEY!
The following will be required:
-Certificate of Insurance:
*Lynam Inc listed as additional insured *$1,000,000 General Liability & Workman’s Comp
-Completed W-9 form
-Vendor Contract
-Hold Harmless agreement
-Completed Aspen Grove Background Check
