PROPERTY PRESERVATION VENDORS NEEDED IN MULTIPLE STATES

We are looking for Handyman/General Contractor that is familiar with REO and PPO properties in MA,PA,TX,WA,AZ,LA,NJ,NY This is a 1099 position, where you are an independent contractor. Must be familiar with;
1. Grass Cuts
2. Lock Changes
3. Trash Outs
4. Photos
5. Removing Debris
6. Boarding Windows
7. Minor Repairs
Must have own truck, smart phone, camera, tools, computer with internet.
Must be able to pass a background check (ASPEN GROVE PREFERRED). Some training available. We offer weekly Pay, Direct Deposit, and bonuses.
We have immediately needs in theses areas in which we have hundreds of orders in and need more vendors to help with our demand.
