United Field Services is currently taking on Licensed Contractors to repair and rehab REO properties nationwide.

Work will include but not limited to:
Carpentry
Painting
Roof repair
Mold remediation
Carpet replacement
Full renovations
Must have an Active Contractor's License to performs rehab and renovations.
Property preservation work will include:
Securing
Sales clean
Trashouts
Recurring grass cuts
Winterizations
Inspections
Must have an Active Contractors license.
Must have at least $1,000,000 general liability insurance.
Must have at least 1 year of field experience in property preservation, REO field services, construction, or rental renovation.
Must able to take clear & wide angled before, during, and after photos of work.
Must be able to meet deadlines for work orders and work with a high volume of orders.
