Seeking Preservation Vendors in NY

Hello, we are local to NY and are seeking EXPERIENCE preservation vendors to complete work in NY state.
Must be able to fund your jobs for up to 30 days as we pay NET30, though typically closer to 21 days. This means
21-30 days from the date of completion. We send out direct deposits daily for all invoices older than 21-30 days.
Must have proper equipment and able to meet deadlines.

PRICING
REKEY 1 KNOB LOCK - $35
WINTERIZATION (Dry) - $85
WINTERIZATION (Wet) - $120
GRASS CUT - $25-$30
PUMP BASEMENT - $250-$450
TARP ROOF $.80 - $1 PER SQFT
SNOW REMOVAL - $25-$30
DEBRIS PER CY - $25-$30
Special exceptions can be made for certain situations, IE overgrown grass or large lot, longer driveways or deeper snow, steep roofs, etc. Pricing may have slight fluctuations depending on client or loan type.
