California Home Repair and Remodel is a Veteran owned business with a combined 35 years of experience. The owners are Kyle Stogsdall and Tom Johnson. We offer repairs from small garbage disposal replacement, deck repairs to full kitchen, bath remodels for private owners to Homeowner Associations. No job is too small or too big. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. We carry workers compensation for all employees on staff.
We currently have customers from as far North as Escondido to as far South as Imperial Beach. We keep up on changes to California building Code requirements such as SB326 balcony inspections and deck repairs. By staying up to date on these types of changes it allows us to understand the need for said changes and provide the most current standards for our customers. We provide services for a variety of HOA's, Property Management Companies and are a preferred sub-contractor for SDG&E. All work comes with a commitment to providing the BEST quality service available. We are not done until the customer is happy.
Our ownership experience consists of working in the construction industry as Project Managment overseeing large scale high-rise construction projects from Pharmeceutical manufacturing buildings to new Hospitals, new parking garages to high-rise office buildings in downtown San Diego. Our staff has a vast experience background in the manufacturing industry from Food Manufacturing Companies to the Aerospace Industry working on all facilities related assets and manufacturing equipment. Experience includes electrical AC/DC circuit's, mechanical repairs, pumps, boilers, residential framing, stucco repairs, greenbelt repairs, roofing, drywall, wall texture, painting, concrete slabs, concrete repairs, wood fences to brick walls to name few.
