Prospected vendors should be able to do the following tasks depending on their scope of work (LICENSED VENDORS WILL GET MORE WORK OPPORTUNITES BASED ON THEIR SKILLSET):

• Landscaping (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services).
• Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset).
• Initial Maid Services.
• Maid Refreshes.
• Winterization.
• Evictions.
• Trash outs.
• Snow Removal.
• Repairs and Rehab Work.
• Roofing work (Major & Minor depending on the scope of the work).
• Minor/Major Plumbing Work.
• Minor/Major HVAC Work.
• Mold Remediation.
• Drywall Repair & Replacement.
• Property Inspection with adequate number of photos and bids for all the damages.
• Interior Painting/Appliance repair or replacement work.

Vendors should have the following:

* Aspen Grove Background Check Number.
* Own tools to complete the job on site.
* Prior Knowledge using PPW is a major plus.
* A valid bank account/zelle account for payment.

Turnaround Time for Preservation Work:
**48-72 hours.

Payment Terms for Preservation Work:
Within 3 days after a work order has been closed out using direct deposit (ACH) or Zelle payment method.
