Affordable Property Management LLC hiring in We are actively onboarding experienced property preservation and maintenance vendors for immediate and ongoing work across CA,NV,AZ, multiple states.
*Work Includes:*
* Inspections
* Lawn maintenance (initial & recurring)
* Debris removal / trash-outs
* Lock changes / securing
* Winterizations
* Minor repairs and general maintenance

* Can handle both preservation and maintenance
* Are ready to start immediately
