Birgo Realty is looking for experienced and dependable contractors who can take on full-scope apartment unit turns and exterior property preservation work in our growing portfolio.
Typical Interior Scopes Include:
● Light demo and removal
● Drywall patch and paint
● Cabinet and vanity installations
● Fixture installs (lighting, plumbing, blinds)
● Doors (installation, adjustment, hardware)
● Unit cleaning and final turnover
Exterior Work
● Roofing
● Tuckpointing
● Asphalt and Concrete
● Siding, Trim, Windows, Doors
We are especially interested in contractors or crews who can handle multiple scopes and manage full-unit turnovers efficiently.
