APL Group is Looking for Local Property Preservation/ REO/ Handyman Contractor in LA, PA and OH (Weekly Payment)

APL Group is looking for independent local field contractors, REO & handyman with experience in Preservation and Maintenance jobs such as Lock Changes/Rekey/Lockbox, Bi-Weekly Grass Cuts, Trimming Tree/Shrubs, Vines Removal, Debris Removal/Trash Outs, Repairs (Plumbing, Drywall, Carpet, Siding Gutter, Soffit/Fascia, etc.), Evictions, Roof Tarp/Repair/Replace, Boarding /Re-glazing, Janitorial/Maid services, Pool Securing/Servicing, Inspections, Mold Remediation, Repair to Manage Vacant/Foreclosed Properties on behalf of Banks and 3rd party Clients.

• Must have a valid Photo ID
• Must have working experience using PPW
• Must have own tools to complete the Jobs (bigger tools can be rented if required)

Payments:
We pay within 7 business days from the submission of work orders.
Payment Methods: Direct Deposit or any convenient Payment Method

Priority counties are below-
LA- Bienville, Vernon, Webster, Ouachita, Lincoln, Caddo and Parish Counties
PA- Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Lackawanna and Monroe Counties
OH- Ashtabula, Trumbull, Belmont and Butler Counties
