Archetive Property Management Inc. (APM) is looking for Experienced Property Preservation Contractors in the following States:
NY- Entire State
WV - Entire State
VA - Entire State
KY - Entire State
IA - Entire State
OH- Entire State
LA- Southern counties
Payment Policy: Weekly pay (Friday/Saturday). 3- days payment system for specific jobs. Advance payment for large scale work.
Vendor should able to perform the following work but not limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization per HUD specs.
- Drywall, Gutter,
- Trash Outs
- Evictions
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Janitorial/Maid Services
- Services that require license or certification.
Potential Vendors must meet following requirements:
* Valid Aspen grove/ ABC# number.
* Copy Driver’s License
* Covered with GL insurance up to $1M
* Familiar with PPW (Property Pres Wizard) web/ Mobile App
* Must be able to take details photograph per instruction.
** Good communication and submit quality work on time
* Copy of General Contractors License if you hold. (Highly Preferred)
* Copy licenses that you hold for the services you provide (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold, etc.) If applicable.
