Archetive Property Management Inc. (APM) is hiring Property Preservation Vendors in the following States:
IL - Entire State
IA - Entire State
MN - Entire State
PA - Bradford county and surroundings
TX - Travis county and surroundings.
Payment Policy: Weekly pay (Friday/Saturday). 3- days express payment system for specific jobs.
Vendor should be able to perform the following work but not limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab/ Repairs.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization per HUD specs.
- Drywall, Gutter,
- Janitorial/Maid Services
- Trash Outs
- Evictions
- Regular preservation work.
- Able to pull permits if needed.
Potential Vendors must meet the following requirements:
* Valid Aspen grove/ ABC# number.
* Copy of Driver’s License
* Covered with GL insurance up to $1M
* Familiar with PPW (Property Pres Wizard) web/ Mobile App
* Must be able to take details photograph per instructions.
* Copy of General Contractors License if you hold. (Highly Preferred)
* Copy of speciality licenses that you hold (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold, etc.) If applicable.
