Archetive Property Management Inc. (APM) is looking for Experienced REO & Property Preservation Contractors in the States of Illinois and Iowa.

Preferred IL Counties: McDonough, Peoria, McLean, Logan, Morgan, Tazewell, Sangamon, and surrounding.

Preferred IA Counties: Scott, Clinton, Muscatine, Cedar, Jackson, Linn, Johnson, Blackhawk, Jones, Tama, Polk and surrounding.

We have a steady work volume for you in these counties

Payment Policy: Weekly pay (Friday/Saturday). 3- days payment system for specific jobs. Advance payment for big jobs.

Vendor should be able to perform the following work but not limited to:

- Securing
- Winterization
- Drywall, Gutter,
- Janitorial/Maid Services
- Trash Outs
- Eviction
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Mold work
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Services that require license or certification.

Potential Vendors must meet the following requirements:

* Valid Aspen grove/ ABC# number.
* Certificate of General Liability Insurance.

Required Skills:

* Familiar with PPW (Property Pres Wizard) web/ Mobile App
* Must be able to take details photographs per instruction.
* Ability to bid all damages at the property.
* Quality work in a timely manner.
* Proper communication.
* Understand the requirements of HUD, FNMA, FMAC and other guidelines.
* Copy of General Contractors License if you hold. (Highly Preferred)
* Copy licenses that you hold for the services you provide (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold, etc.) If applicable.
