HomeTech Pro is Looking for preservation, turns, and renovation contractors with experience in dealing with foreclosure homes and rental properties.
We are getting a lot of properties more than we can handle. We need a larger workforce to deal with these new properties. So, we need more vendors to partner with us to give the best service.
Work types include, but are not limited to:
- Initial Secure
- Debris Removal
- Recurring Maintenance (Grass cuts)
- Winterization
- Landscaping
- Repair Jobs
- Janitorial Service (Broom Sweep, Maid Refresh)
- And many more!
If you have a sound knowledge of using the Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) app, that will be the cherry on top.
All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number. Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1M.
Our payment term is Net 14
