Work orders can be assigned right away. We pay our vendors on a weekly basis.
Wait time to receive payment after completion of work is 10-14 days for regular payment and 2-7 days for express payment.
We are offering 5% bonus on the on time orders and an express payment if 90% or more work is on time in each pay cycle of a week. We are providing $5 bid bonuses per work orders with complete bids.
Work includes, but are not limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs etc.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Minor Property Repairs
- Trash outs
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number.
Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1m
The equipment necessary to receive work from the company along with supplies that include bank coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
We expect the vendors to have the following soft skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and respect for due dates
