We started in property preservation. We still maintain active preservation contracts today. We know the grind, we know the expectations, and we know what a strong preservation contractor looks like.

Now we’re expanding our bench and looking to elevate proven preservation contractors into our commercial and facilities work—because if you can succeed in preservation, you already have the discipline and speed commercial clients love.

Typical Work We Send (Commercial FM):

* Basic handyman repairs & punch work
* Minor plumbing (leaks, fixtures, clogs, toilet/sink swaps)
* Light electrical (fixtures, outlets, relamps, troubleshooting)
* Retail maintenance & small repair projects
