✔ **Exterior Painting** – Full prep (pressure washing, priming, caulking) + high-quality paint
✔ **Exterior Door Replacement** – Energy-efficient, secure entry door (standard size, framing if needed)
✔ **Flooring Installation** – **~400 sq. ft.** (LVP, hardwood, or tile – material cost included)
