Confidence Property Preservation is looking for experienced Property Preservation, Rehab/Repair contractors in all counties of NY and PA

We currently have foreclosed properties assigned to our company from multiple clients and we are looking for experienced contractors to service them.

If proper paperwork is submitted, we can get you started right away with work orders in your area.

We pay after 7 days after the work completed

Work order types include but isn’t limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial/Maid Services
- Trash Outs
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)

Potential contractors must have their own equipment/hardware to perform work which includes supplies such as Bank Coded Locks (Knob-locks, Deadbolts, Padlocks), Lock Boxes, Tarps, Anti-Freeze, Lawn Mowers, Lumber, etc.
