Confidence Property Preservation is looking for independent field contractors & handymen on Preservation and Maintenance jobs
Such as- Lock Changes/Rekey/Lockbox, Bi-Weekly Grass Cuts, Trimming Tree/Shrubs, Vines Removal, Debris Removal/Trash Outs, Repairs (Plumbing, Drywall, Carpet, Siding Gutter, Soffit/Fascia etc.), Evictions, Roof Tarp/Repair/Replace, Boarding /Re-glazing, Janitorial/Maid services, Pool Securing/Servicing, Inspections, Mold Remediation, Repair to Manage Vacant/Foreclosed Properties on behalf of Banks & 3rd party Clients.
Payments:
We pay within 7 business days from the submission of work orders
Additional Payment : We Offer On time Submission Bonus and RUSH FEE
