We are looking for reliable sub- contractors to complete preservation work in. We are looking for contractors that are able to do any one or all facets of preservation (please see examples of work types below):

Our services include but are not limited to:
• Grass Cuts
• Tree/Shrub Trimming/ Yard Maintains
• Snow Removal
• Winterizations
• Trash Outs/Debris Removal
• Lock Changes/Securing
• Boarding
• Window Replacement
• Door Replacements
• Siding Repair
• Pool Maintenance
• Roof Repair/Replacements
• Plumbing Repair
• HVAC repair etc.
• Safety Hazard Abatement
• Eviction Services.
• Major Repairs (Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair & Replacement, Full Demolition etc.)
• Prepare Bids & Damage Reports

We do make sure that our vendors are satisfied by paying them a weekly basis and now we also started a payment plan the jobs are completed properly as per the client requirements, we make sure the payment is done within 48 hours. All contractors will be paid a Joining Bonus $10 and $10 rush fee if the job is completed within 24 hours after assigning. Our regular pay cycle is 14 days and payment is released on Friday.
