LANDMARK PROPERTY CARE SERVICES is looking for dependable local vendors, contractors, and field crews for ongoing property maintenance and preservation assignments. We need vendors who can respond quickly, complete work properly, follow instructions, and provide clear photo documentation from the field.

1. MICHIGAN: Mason County, Muskegon County, Kent County, Hillsdale County
2. OHIO: Jefferson County, Gallia County, Jackson County
3. MARYLAND: Allegany County, Garrett County
4. ILLINOIS: Fulton County, Tazewell County, Peoria County, Cass County, Adams County

Work Available
1. Property securing and lock changes
2. Grass cuts and lawn maintenance
3. Debris removal and trash outs
4. General repairs and handyman work
5. Roof tarping and roof repairs
6. Drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work
7. REO repairs and turnover projects
8. Maid service and janitorial cleaning
9. Inspections, bids, and estimates
10. Board ups and eviction support
11. Pool securing and basic servicing
12. Approved mold or hazard related work

Vendor Requirements
1. Property maintenance, preservation, REO, repair, or handyman experience preferred
2. Must be available by phone, text, and email
3. Must provide clear before, during, and after photos
4. Must meet assigned deadlines
5. Must submit accurate estimates when requested
6. Insurance is preferred
7. Local vendors already covering the listed counties will be prioritized
