We are a regional property preservation company seeking experienced and qualified contractors in the Lackawanna County area with the ability to perform maintenance work on residential foreclosures. We are currently managing a large number of homes in the area and are looking for serious, hard working individuals capable of completing all aspects of property preservation work.

Must have previous knowledge and experience of the following types of work:

- Yard care – grass cuts, tree and shrub landscaping
- Lock installations
- Door/window installations and boarding
- Debris removal
- Roof work
- Pool covering
- Clean outs
- Mold abatement/remediation
- Minor carpentry
- Winterizations
- Snow removal

In order to apply for our company, you must have the following:

- All necessary tools needed to complete above work
- Own vehicle and willing to cover entire county
- Insured with basic liability coverage
- Camera – as you are required to provide photos of all work completed – before, during, and after photos
- Agree to adhere to strict work order deadlines and completion dates – failure to comply with deadlines will lead to loss of pay and immediate contract termination
