Our company Donatoni Property Preservation is currently seeking qualified Subcontractors in the following States: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, And Possibly more. We currently have work and are looking to add on Subcontractors. This a 1099 contractual position.
We are seeking Vendors who have experience in maintaining vacant homes for the below categories:
ï¿ Debris Removal
ï¿ Lock Changes
ï¿ Lawn Maintenance
ï¿ Property Inspections
ï¿ Repairs- Roofing, Drywall etc.
ï¿ Snow Removal
ï¿ Winterizations
Your company will be required to have the following:
ï¿ General Liability Insurance, Auto Insurance
ï¿ Must have your own equipment, tools, trucks, and supplies including locks
ï¿ Must have a smartphone and the ability to document work via smartphone apps.
ï¿ Must have the working knowledge of PPW.
ï¿ Must have email
ï¿ Must adhere to deadlines
ï¿ Must be able to determine damages and the ability to correctly bid them.
