Requirements Are:
- Reliable Vehicle (Truck and Trailers)
- Handyman Tools.
- Generator, Compressor.
- Ladder.
- Standard Tools.
- Smartphone
- Previous Work Experience.

Work May Included:
- Winterization.
- Lock Changes.
- Debris Removal.
- Lawn Maintenance.
- Snow Removal.
- Janitorial Service.
- Board-Ups.
- Major Minor Repairs.
- Electronic Completion.
- Submission of Documentation
- Taking clear Photos.
