✔️ Delivery of result within promised date
✔️ Clear & Consistent Communication – Call, text, or email to keep updated
State Counties/Cities:
✔️ IL – Great Volume & approval rate (more saturated in Central IL), urgent need to tackle increasing work. Priority to crew who can do Trash outs, Evictions for competitive prices.
✔️ WI – Regular work flow (Preference to southwest and Northwest WI), volume is getting stronger.
✔️ PA & OH - Work flow is getting regular. Aiming to build reglar coverage here.
