FREEHOLDWORKS LLC. manages vacant bank owned mortgage property for which we are looking for quality vendors with hand on previous working experiences in this sector.
We are hiring experienced, professional, responsible, good with technology, able to follow directions, insured property preservation and REHAB vendors.
Main Types of Works to Be Done:
- Grass Cut & Lawn Care
- Securing (Lock Change/Lock Set Change, Lock Box Change, Boarding)
- Winterization
- Snow Removal
- Roofing & Repairs
- Debris Removal (Trash Out)
- Mold Work
- Maid Service (Janitorial)
- Bid Request
Payment:
