Experienced Contractors Needed for Turns!

Apex Maintenance & Preservation Inc. is gearing up for 100 new doors in Rochester, NY and we are looking for seasoned contractors with plenty of experience of making properties (single family residentials) rent-ready! Please keep in mind that this is not like typical property preservation work.
Any interested contractor should be able to do the following:
• Lock changes
• Flooring
• Carpeting
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Roofing
• HVAC
• Deep Cleaning or janitorial services
• Carpet Cleaning
• Minor or heavy Repairs (Gutters, siding, windows, doors etc.)
What documents do you need to get started?
• Copy of your Driver's License
• Voided check for ACH verification
• Insurance coverage up to 1 million(General liability, E&O)
Experience with Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) will be considered as an added advantage.
