Experienced Field Vendors, Sub-Contractors Wanted-OHIO

We have immediate work. ECO Property Management is seeking Contractors to build longstanding partnerships and is actively recruiting skilled vendors who have solid industry experience for preservation repair rehab services.
We are seeking vendors for the state of Ohio in the following counties:
Ashland, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning,
Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull.
All contractors must have the skills, equipment, & capital to complete the following work types:
• Winterizations.
• Debris Removal/Trash-Outs (small and large scale).
• Securing Properties (lock changes, boarding, reglazing).
• Landscape (grass cuts, shrub/tree trimming)
• Roof Patching/Repair
• Additional types of work: maid service, drywall repair, flooring repair, eviction services.
Other requirements:
• Have a valid ABC number through Aspen Grove or willing to obtain one.
• General Liability insurance, E&O insurance, workers comp.
