Wanted - Contractors that follow through and consistently take clear photographs. As well as follow all outlined procedures, maintain ready email and phone contact for questions, and maintain all deadlines. Securing/rekeying, winterizations, lawn cuts (2x per month), snow removals (seasonal), trash outs, monthly maid services, evictions/CFRs & Hazard Claim Repairs. Licensed Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, and Structural contractors needed.
REQUIRED - Must have verifiable experience and have completed an Aspen Grove Background check. Contractors that can take on large service areas are especially needed.
