Hello Everyone, We are looking for contractors in following areas-
Pennsylvania:
Adams, York, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin,
Cumberland, Perry, Juniata, Snyder, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Synder, Union, Huntingdon
Maryland:
Allegany, Washington, Frederick, Carroll
To complete the following types of work :
- Initial Securing
-Lock Work
-Pool Securing
- Reoccurring Grass Cuts
- Boarding
- Winterizations
- Discoloration treatment
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Debris Removal
You must have the following:
- able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check
- must be able to use PPW
- must be able to utilize email
- must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work.
- must be able to bid any/all damages
- must be able to photograph and document work
- turnaround time is 48-72 hours
