Experienced Property Preservation Vendors Needed

JGM Property Group is looking for experienced property preservation vendors throughout Michigan, Arkansas and Hawaii. We are a regional company with work orders that needs to be completed ASAP. Must have a good understanding FHA and HUD guidelines.
Duties include:
Lock changes and placing lock box
Window and door boarding
Grass cuts and shrub trimming
Debris removal/trash outs
Initial maid service/refreshes
Winterizations
Misc repairs
Gutter cleaning
Roof tarping and repairs
Requirements:
Must carry general liability insurance and errors and omissions insurance (or professional liability)
Must have proper equipment/locks to perform property preservation services
Computer with internet access
Smart Phone
must be able to complete basic preservation services
Must be able to bid all damages found at properties
Must have good communication skills, be detailed oriented, and follow work order instructions.
This is a 1099-independent sub-contractor position.
