Experienced Property Preservation Vendors Needed

JGM Property Group is seeking experienced property preservation vendors in Arkansas and Michigan. Vendors are needed ASAP for work in North East Arkansas and for Mid-Michigan to service FHA properties.
Vendors will be able to complete all HUD allowables at the initial secure.
Vendors will bid all convenyance issues at the time of the initial secure
Great bid approval rate
Vendors should carry general liability and errors and omissions insurance.
Vendors must have an Aspen Grove ABC #
Vendors must be able to change locks, complete boarding/re-glazing, preform winterizations, grass cuts, shrub and tree trimming, debris removal, repairs.
