RESPONSIBILITIES:

Winterizations
General Repairs
Lock Work and Securing
Property Condition Reports
General Yard Maintenance
Meet & Greets

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Basic computer skills
Clean driver's license with a good driving record
Must be able to lift 50 lbs chest high, stoop, kneel and crouch
Must pass pre-employment Background Check

DESIRED SKILLS:

Strong attention to details
Good Photography Skills
Team Player
Experience in home repairs & maintenance
Previous experience working independently and with little supervision
