Golden Gate Home Solutions LLC is actively onboarding experienced, reliable Property Preservation and Field Service Vendors across Western North Carolina. We are expanding our regional network to manage steady work orders for bank-owned (REO) and foreclosed residential assets. We seek established contractors committed to high-quality workmanship, fast turnarounds, and precise photo documentation.
Scope of Work & Work Order Types
We assign a full spectrum of field services, including but not limited to:
Securing & Access Control: Initial secures, locksets/deadbolt changes, rekeys, and emergency board-ups.
Grounds Maintenance: Scheduled bi-weekly lawn care, initial overgrown cutbacks, and seasonal yard maintenance.
Debris Management: Interior/exterior trash-outs, hazard abatement, and full debris hauling.
REO Rehab & General Contracting: Turnkey renovation, roofing repairs/tarping, drywall restoration, carpet/flooring installation, and structural repairs.
Cleaning & Specialty Services: Initial sales cleans, routine janitorial services, mold remediation, and pool securing/maintenance.
Field Operations: Property condition inspections, eviction oversight, and winterizations.

Contractor Requirements
Background in REO property preservation, mortgage field services, or residential contracting.
Active account and fluency using Property Preservation Wizard (PPW).
Capability to deliver full audit-grade photo documentation for every work order.
Complete field setups: reliable fleet transportation, specialized tools, equipment, and work crews.
Strict adherence to standard client turn-times and detailed scopes.
Valid business licensing and General Liability / Errors & Omissions insurance.
Preferred Consideration: Subcontractors who cover multiple listed NC counties, manage full preservation/turnkey rehab scope, and are prepared for immediate dispatch.
