** Debris removal & light cleanup
** Minor drywall/patch repairs
** Painting (interior/exterior)
** Fence/gate repairs
** Grass cutting & light landscaping
✔ Own basic tools (hammer, drill, gloves, etc.)—some materials provided
✔ Reliable transportation (some jobs may require travel between sites)
✔ Licensed/bonded? Great! (But not required for most tasks) Also, winterization works
