Handyman/ Property Maintenance

Looking for skilled and detail oriented maintenance professionals.
Jobs include but not limited to: Minor repairs, Lock changes, Winterizations/De-winterizations, Window board ups, Roof and pool tarps, Debris removal, Bi-weekly lawn care
Candidates must have the following:
Their own equipment
Truck and Trailer
Smart Phone
General Liability Insurance
Locks and lock boxes in inventory,
Candidates must be able to:
Send and receive emails
Complete time sensitive work orders sometimes with a 24-72 hour turnaround
Pass a background check through Aspen Grove i Record
Use photo apps to document work as well as provide estimates for repairs
Maintain with Net 30 Pay schedule
