We are Reliable Property Management LLC, a residential and foreclosed property maintenance company. We are looking for independent field contractors and handymen with experience in Residential and Foreclosed Property Maintenance Services. This includes, but is not limited to, lawn maintenance, interior and exterior repair, trash out, roof repair, and recurring services.

You will be managing vacant/foreclosed and tenant-occupied/residential properties for banks and rental property managers. We also work on REHAB and renovations.

Before Applying Please Read:
• Willingness to take good photos with tape measurements for all damages and before, during, and after photos of all work completion.
• Willingness to fill out the PCR (Property Condition Report) form for each order.
• Call us from the site upon arrival and before leaving the property.

Document Requirements:
• Copy of driver's license.
• Valid ABC Number, IC01 status required.
• COI of General Liability, E&O, Workers Compensation (if applicable) and Auto.

Skill Requirements:
• Completion of works in a timely manner to meet work order deadlines.
• Good communication skills, able to regularly provide progress updates via text, phone or email.
• Ability to assess and report work needed at the property, providing bids for the damages.
• Thoroughly photograph and document before, during, and after stages of work.
• Willingness to strictly follow industry standard guidelines and individual client requirements.

Equipment & Supplies:
• Truck with trailer capable of debris removal.
• Lawn equipment – mower, weed eater, blower, etc.
• Generator, air compressor, stand-alone pressure gauge for winterizations.
• Smartphone or device that can access websites and mobile apps on site.
• Basic hand tools to assist with work completion.
• Cleaning tools and supplies.
• Knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lockboxes, lumber, clear-boarding, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.

Payment Terms:
We pay on the Friday following 7 days after the submission of any grass cut and maid service orders (recurring services), and 14 days after the submission of any other maintenance work orders.
