𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐏 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐋𝐂, a residential and foreclosed property maintenance company, is seeking experienced 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧 with expertise in 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬.

Our services include, but are not limited to, property securing, lawn maintenance, interior and exterior repairs, trash-outs, recurring maintenance, rental turns, turnovers, rent-ready homes, quick rehabs, and rental flips.

Selected contractors will be responsible for maintaining 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭, 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭-𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 on behalf of banks, asset management companies, and rental property managers.

Albany, Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Dutchess, Erie, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Genesee, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Montgomery, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Schuyler, Seneca, St. Lawrence, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates.

𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐈

𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝:
• Must be willing to take clear, detailed photographs with tape measurements documenting property damages.
• Must provide before, during, and after photographs of all completed work.
• Must complete the Property Condition Report (PCR) for each assigned work order.
• Must contact our office from the property upon arrival and before departure.

𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Copy of a valid driver's license.
• Background check document (for applicable occupied maintenance work).
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) for General Liability, Errors & Omissions (E&O), Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto (if applicable).

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Complete assigned work orders within the required deadlines.
• Maintain professional communication and provide regular progress updates via phone, text, or email.
• Inspect properties, identify necessary repairs, and submit accurate, detailed bids.
• Thoroughly document property conditions and work progress with photographs.
• Strictly follow industry-standard guidelines, work order instructions, and individual client requirements.
• Demonstrate experience in property preservation, general handyman repairs, occupied maintenance, and rental turnover services.

𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Truck and trailer capable of debris removal and hauling.
• Lawn maintenance equipment, including mower, weed eater, and blower.
• Generator, air compressor, and stand-alone pressure gauge for winterizations.
• Smartphone or mobile device capable of accessing websites and mobile applications.
• Basic hand tools and repair equipment.
• Cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Common securing and preservation materials, including knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lockboxes, lumber, clear-boarding materials, tarps, and RV antifreeze.

𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬:
• Occupied Property Maintenance: Same-day payment upon completion of the work and verification with the tenant.
• Vacant Property Maintenance & Preservation: Payment will be processed on the Friday following 7 days after submission of the completed work order.

All work must be completed and properly documented in accordance with client requirements.
