Who We're Looking For:

We are actively recruiting experienced Property Preservation Vendors and General Contractors for the following services:
*Trash Outs
*Lock Changes
*General Property Preservation Tasks
*Drywall Repairs
*Winterization Services
*Roof & Gutter Work
*Fence Repairs
*Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
*Lawn Care
*Minor Plumbing & Repairs

Requirements:
*Experience using the Property Pres Wizard (PPW) Mobile App
*Ability to take detailed, guideline-compliant photos
*Capability to submit bids for all damages at the property

Payment Details:
💲 Payments are processed every Monday, 7 days after a work order is submitted with all required photos, bids, and details.
💲 Additional compensation is available for Out-of-Area (OFA) coverage and RUSH work orders.
