Bay Contracting Services LLC is looking for General Contractors, Independent Vendors, Sub-contractors, and Handymen for property maintenance services, preservation, and remodeling.
Weekly Pay: Net Pay 7 days (via ACH) upon completion of work and submitting photos. Express payments via Cashapp or Zelle is available too. We also make phone sale for pricey materials.

10. Asphalt/Mortar/cement jobs

12. Window repair/installation
13. Maid Service
14. Trash Out
15. Pool maintenance
16. Landscaping
17. Snow removal
18. Lock change
19. Other repair jobs
Requirements:
1. Have General Liability Insurance
2. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work. **Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, air compressor and winterization equipment, Smartphone/ Tablet with Data Plan, Basic hand tools, Locks, etc.
Expectations: Good communication (call from site as we do on-site approvals), timely submission, and quality work.
