Prime Home Preservation LLC is looking for skilled and experienced Independent contractors, Handymen, General contractors, and Rehab vendors for Property Preservation and Maintenance services.
Payment: Weekly Pay.
Express payment: Via Zelle, Cashapp.
Compensation: Per Work Order Basis.
Work includes but is not limited to -
1. Regular Preservation Repair - Securing, Trash-Out, Lawn Care, Winterization, Snow Removal, Drywall/Sheetrock, Paint Job, Mold Treatment, Maid Service, etc.
2. Roofing
3. Plumbing
4. HVAC
5. HWH
6. Electrical
7. Appliances repair/replace
8. Rehab/Repair
9. Occupied/Tenant Maintenance services.
Requirements:
1. General Liability Insurance
2. Equipment, transport, and tools to perform work.
**Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, air compressor and winterization equipment, Smartphone/ Tablet with Data Plan, Basic hand tools, Locks, etc.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
**Note: Volume of work is determined by effective communication, timely submission, and high-quality work.
