Precise Property Maintenance is actively looking for reliable maintenance technicians and handymen to join our vendor network in the following areas: Milwaukee, WI, Memphis, TN, Colorado Springs, CO
Work Includes:
General repairs and maintenance, such as:
• Drywall repair and painting
• Plumbing (minor leaks, fixtures, toilets, etc.)
• Electrical (basic troubleshooting)
• Door/window repairs/replacement
• Flooring and tile work
• Exterior repairs (siding, gutters, concrete, etc.)
• Tree trimming and removal
• Concrete repair
• Fence and railing
Requirements:
• Must have own tools and transportation
• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work
• Ability to take before/after photos
• Good communication and reliability
• Ability to complete jobs on time
