Esus Property Management LLC is one of the prominent preservation companies having over 5 years of industry experience. We are currently expanding and looking for experienced, positively driven subcontractors, handyman and vendors to join our team.
Payment:
Weekly Payment: All vendors are paid within 10-14 days after completion of the work order.
Semiweekly Payment: Payment will be released twice a week (Monday & Thursday).
Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Recurring work
- Trash Outs and HUD exterior clean ups
- Landscaping Maintenance
- General Maintenance
- Eviction
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Janitorial
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number.
We expect the vendors to have the following soft skills:
Strong attention to detail and Good communication and respect for due dates.
