Hiring Preservation Vendors in All Florida Counties

Subcontract position offered to join our field team in completeing lock change work, grass cuts, shrub and tree trimming, debris removal, and other minor repairs. This is piece meal work and paid off of our approved rate sheet. Pay frequency is every two weeks and photos of all work completed before, during, and after are a must to ensure payment. Property condition reports also required for each visit to a home with the exception of routine lawn cuts. Tools required are a Digital camera, laptop with mobile wireless access, lawn equipment including mowers, blowers, edgers, and weed eaters, general hand tools, generator, air compressor, cordless drill and GPS. Must be able to complete orders same day placed with no exceptions.
