We are hiring vendors to maintain vacant properties for banks. Experience is preferred but we are willing to work with various levels of expertise.
Experience in lawn maintenance, winterization, lock work, and general handyman work is desirable. Electrical and plumbing experience is a plus. To top it all, we love a good communicator! We firmly believe communication is the strongest suite of a great vendor.
We pay every 10-14 days on fully closed work orders.
The following is required
• Valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number
• General Liability and E & O Insurance
We have immediate work in most areas.
