**Contractors are paid SEMI WEEKLY (TWICE A WEEK / 3 DAY PAYMENT)**
**The volume of work for the depends on the workmanship and turnaround time in their designated coverage areas.**
**Base Structures accommodates the contractors by supplying and purchasing the material on high value project**
**Vendors with competitive pricing will be prioritized for new jobs**
**Any kind of Emergency issues gets approved instantly**
**For all other repairs proper breakdown of Materials and Labor hours will be approved per estimate**
**Estimates with proper photo documentation and rational price gets approved within 48-72 hours**
